You must compile your application per Salon Today’s directions, include the essays, and complete online by their deadline of Monday, October 31st Tuesday, November 15th.
Everyone must complete two essays:
The first is an overall essay "Successes and Challenges," which encourages you to detail the progress you and your team made to rebuild and grow your business in 2021, as well as share some of the unique challenges you are currently facing.
For your second essay, select ONE of the best business practices in which you believe you excel in, and complete the corresponding essay. (You can only pick one!)
