Objective: To create a modern, innovative site that communicated visually, was easy to navigate, and attracted new clients and stylists.
Challenge: Making a huge, multi-location site simple for the end user.
With over 10 locations and a regional flagship, Paris Parker had an enormous amount of content with multiple goals and target markets.
Solution: First we had to know our markets, who were most likely either current hairdressers, future hairdressers or potential customers looking for a hairdresser. Therefore the site is visually driven, including the drop down navigation.
Knowing it had to do more than look good, we also infused it with advanced search-engine-optimized coding and calls-to-action on every page.
To attract new clients and team members, “refer-a-friend” and “careers” buttons appear on every page and have proven to be effective tools for recruitment on both sides of the chair. The client can post current job openings, plus interested applicants can download a brochure for more info on careers with Paris Parker.
Additionally, it focuses on fashion with lots of trends and tips and integrates seamlessly with their aggressive social media campaigns. It also includes a custom “Find a Stylist” system that lets new guests find a stylist who matches their location, schedule, needs and style.
