Business Card Information

For each name below, enter the number of boxes and choose the box size (250 or 500 cards per box). More than 10 names? Please fill out this form as many times as needed.

For orders of 1–4 boxes, a $25 setup fee per box will apply.

For orders of 5 or more boxes:

  • Setup fees are waived
  • A 20% discount will be applied to pricing

Additional Options

Include box(es) of “blank” cards with no name or title. These can be used by the front desk and by new team members.

Include box(es) of “appointment” cards with blanks for my team to write-in the next guest appointment date, time & service provider.

I do not need a proof. Cards will be printed with information exactly as entered above. Any typos or misprints are my responsibility and will be billed as a new box of cards.

I would like a proof of my cards before they are printed. There is an additional $10 cost per card/name for this digital proof. The proof will be emailed to me in 5-7 days, and the cards will not be printed without my written/emailed approval.

All cards are printed full color on a digital press, and Pantone color matches can not be guaranteed.

The prices above cover standard (2” x 3.5”), skinny (1.75” x 3.5”) or square (3” x 3”) cards on 14 pt. uncoated cover paper; if your card specs are different, we’ll be in touch with a custom estimate.
